London Nutrition Consultancy was started by Ana-Kristina in 2008 as an avenue to provide evidence based nutrition information to groups and organisations regarding infant, child & adolescent nutrition issues and health campaigns.
Ana-Kristina actively consults for Making Sense of Sugar campaign, National Obesity Forum, The All-Party Parliamentary Group on a Fit and Healthy Childhood and has provided consultancy for Allergy UK, Danone Early Life Nutrition, Anaphylaxis UK, Academy For Paediatric Gastroenterology (APG).
She presents training workshops and is invited to speak at seminars and conferences. Ana-Kristina consults with schools on healthy eating and body image – presenting on these issues to students, teachers and parents.
Ana-Kristina is available for expert comment or editorials regarding nutrition issues as a freelance health writer. She has featured in many print, on-line and broadcast media – check out In the News for a list of her contributions.
Ana-Kristina has started blogging No-Nonsense Nutrition – a forum to share her philosophy on all things relating to food and nutrition. In her blog she weighs up health matters that relate to children and young people, and discusses common concerns of parents when feeding their children.
She writes regularly for Ride Republic on a No-Nonsense approach to healthy eating for active lifestyles.
